Ashley G. Simoneaux E-mail: asimoneaux@phjlaw.com Ms. Simoneaux joined the firm in 2007. Her practice involves automobile insurance defense, insurance bad faith, premises liability and products liability. She received her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University in 1999, where she was elected and served as Student Government Association Senator for her college for two years. She earned her law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 2002, and was admitted to practice law the same year. She previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee in the area of communications law. Ms. Simoneaux is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, the Lafourche Parish Bar Association, and the Terrebonne Parish Bar Association. She served as the Northwest Insurance Claims Association Vice-President for 2005-2006. She is also a former member of U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps.
