Nicholas C. Gristina is a native of Mandeville, LA. He graduated with honors from the St. Paul's School in Covington and was in the top five percent of his graduating class.

Mr. Gristina attended Millsaps College and was named to the Dean's List each year. He graduated, cum laude, with a BA in Philosophy in 1999. Mr. Gristina received his JD and BCL (Bachelor of Civil Law) from the Paul M. Hebert Center at Louisiana State University in 2002. He was active in the mock trial program while at LSU and was a Flory Trial finalist in his third year.

Mr. Gristina was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2002 and began working as a judical clerk for the Honorable Guy Holdridge in the 23rd Judicial District Court for the Parishes of Ascension, Assumption and St. James. He joined the firm in 2003 as an associate in the New Orleans office. His practice includes insurance defense and general civil litigation.
