Julianne T. Echols E-mail: jechols@phjlaw.com Julianne Echols is Of Counsel in the firm’s New Orleans office. She practices in the areas of insurance defense, products liability and medical malpractice, and has specialized in medical malpractice for over 14 years. She has won defense verdicts in over 40 trials in these areas. Ms. Echols is admitted in all state and federal courts in Louisiana. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Echols was Of Counsel at Johnson, Johnson, Barrios and Yacoubian. While attending Loyola Law School, Ms. Echols clerked for Magistrate Judge Lance Africk. Ms. Echols is very active in the community with board positions with the Lakewood Property Owners' Association, the New Orleans Chi Omega Alumnae Association - Treasurer, and Nationally with Chi Omega as Regional Alumnae Director for Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, the Brian Injury Recovery Group and the Father T Foundation - a group dedicated to children who learn differently Pre-K through high school. She is also active alumnae for Newcomb College, Loyola Law School and her children’s various schools. Ms. Echols also plays tennis on two teams, is married, and has four children.
