Ms. Simoneaux joined the firm in 2007. She has a civil litigation practice with a primary focus in automobile insurance defense, insurance bad faith, premises liability and worker’s compensation. Ms. Simoneaux actively participates in national and local defense organizations, and served as the Northwest Insurance Claims Association Vice-President in 2005. She previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Energy Commerce Committee in the area of communications law, and served in the U.S. Army Reserves for eight years.
